Damn good Australian grown Durian!!!!!!!!!!

Posted on October 19th

Guess what we found today?? A beautiful little Durian under a 30 year old Durian tree on the outskirts of Kakadu National Park! My first ever Australian tree-ripened Durian and it was just soooo lush! Creamy, sweet and juicy all at once! Gosh there are some amazing fruits out there and the best thing of all they are guilt-free. Harley made a youtube video with it, ill put the link as soon as he gets it up. Im now busy manifesting the next one….

Did a 78km ride today, unfortunately got a little pink, its very easy when your on a bike in hot weather as a breeze is generated and before you know it, you pull up pink! We helped out at an amazing biodynamic farm today, packing mangoes and picking some snake beans, these snake beans were quite incredible really soft, juicy and sweet, couldn’t get enough!

The family who owns the farm is the nicest people ever, the lady is Sri lankin and the man Auzzie and they have the 4 most delightful beautiful girls with this amazing caramel skin and big clear brown eyes….. :( as I look down at my pink skin! The family is almost raw and wanted a consultation from us on how to get there, really enjoyed that.

We may be staying with them for a few weeks and helping out, i feel such a sense of contribution as the man is really overworked and trying to keep his head above water. We will do everything we can to assist him.

Food:
9am: 1/2 large melon
1pm: 1/2 large melon
7pm: 8mangoes & 1/2 bunch celery
830pm: 1/2 small durian! oh yeah :yahh:

Exercise:

Was scheduled to do weights but didn’t, that’s only twice this week which is still fine but i won’t be making a habit of it78kms on bike.
