DAY 2….
Been researching Duathlons and half marathons most of the day.My nanas aren’t as ripe as Id like so my smoothies are a little less satisfied..
7.30am: 1.5litres of water
8.30am: Hilly 10km bike ride = 40mins
8.45am: 30mins yoga/stretch/cartwheels
600mls water
10. am: 5 banana & 2 sticks celery smoothie
12.3am: same as above
2.00pm: 2 bananas4.00pm: 3 banana & stick celery smoothie
430pm: 40min slow jog1.2 litres of water
6.30pm: Salad with 7 bananas, bok choy, 1 iceberg letttuce head
22 bananas today

Extra exercise: 689cals burned (i think more)
Day Quota : 2189 cals
Consumed : 2437 cals
Fat-3%, Carbs-92%, Protein 5%
Water =3.3litres

Ended up doing my extra jog, it was very slow, what i call a recovery jog. Feel great today, really energised and ready for whatever life has in store! Loving just having nanas too, they digest like a dream, especially in smoothie form.
