The purpose of my trip is…
To raise awareness to the environmental sustainability of a raw vegan lifestyle.
A Critical mass effort is needed to improve the state of our Earth, emphasis being on choosing more sustainable methods of transport (hence why I’m cycling), diet & lifestyle & to proove that meat is not needed (infact recommended against) to be athletic and healthy. Utilising our higher collective consciousness join me in the realisation that we can exist in harmony with eachother & all natures living creatures. To save our precious animals!!!!
I’m also here to display courage, strength and endurance and to show women everywhere that
they can ditch the makeup and heels & instead get down & dirty yet still be feminine & attractive!

*Bipod bivy bag/swag
*Extra warm light sleeping bag
*Natural cotton liner
*mat to sleep on
*camera, charger and card reader
*spare tyre, 2 spare tubes
*beenie, neck warmer
*A couple of kgs of organic alice spring dates and sultanas
*2 pair of socks
*2 cycling tops, 2 singlets, 3 pairs of pants
*1 warm pair gloves, 1 cycling pair
*1 mini towel
*vegan stickers and info to hand out
*MP3 with motivating, inspiring info
*1 front and rear light
*light bike lock
*mobile phone (mum sent me, she insisted ![]()
*a big map
*water bottles
*1 book – ‘success through a positive mental attitude’
* My diary..still contemplating not taking it as its quite heavy
*1 toilet roll (outdoor is best!)
*1 pen with masking tape wrapped around for equip patchup
* 4 heavy duty bandaids
* Gortex jacket for the rain & windy periods I may hit
