Thursday…Free but in control

What standards did I hold myself to today?-
Contribution: Made mum & her boyfriend a raw smorgasbord….starting with Appetiser: banana milk-Ripe banana, celery, water blended
Main: 1) Avo&Orange dressing over fettucine zuchinni wrapped in iceberg lettuce
2) s’dried tom, cashew, basil dressing over spaghetti zuch
Dessert:Avo & Banana icecream with a date sauce on a bed of dried bananas (was a crowd pleaser)I must add that I don’t eat this way and wouldn’t usually recommend these combos but my mum & her boyf are not raw & I was appealing to tastebuds used to cooked food.It was a lot of fun but I realise all the hassle that goes into food prep when its not really needed! I would much rather prepare and eat a mono meal of really ripe bananas.
*Sweat session: 45min hilly jog
*Lowfat raw veg: Yes plus a half an avo tonight so I won’t be having avo/overt fats again for a week or so.
*4litres water: Didn’t quite make 4litres, managed 3 but had plenty of water with my GS all day
*Inspiring literature: 2hrs of 80-10-10
*Yoga/resistance: Not today but had an incling to do a session all day

Felt a little tense earlier today but CHOSE to change to feel good & the feeling passed. Its really empowering to know I am in charge of how I feel.
